She was predeceased by: her husband Lucian Burle Johnston; her parents, Charles Walton and Hazel Genevive Dugan Douglas; her son Frank Thomas Johnston; her daughter-in-law Deana Johnston; and her stepson Larry Joe Johnston.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charlie Joe Johnston (Lori) of Paducah, Bobby Johnston, Billy Johnston (Becky), David Johnston (Gina), Nancy King (Alfred) and Danny Johnston (Marcia). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
