She was predeceased by: her husband Haskel Ray Fowler; her parents, John Malcomb Latham and Annie Wayne Latham; and her siblings, Rosalie Massey, Estalene Walker and Wayne Latham.
She is survived by: her significant other Pomeranian; her sons, Steve Fowler (Debbie) of Independence, KY and Bruce Fowler of West Paducah; her grandchildren, Ryan Fowler, Ashlea Terrell (Tyler) and Erik Fowler (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Kennadi Tune, Paysli Terrell, Tripp Terrell, Estella Fowler, Max Fowler, Laurie Fowler, Brooklyn Dube and Weston Dube.
