He was predeceased by: his wife Gina Hines; his parents, Sam Hines and Earlene Hines (Barker); and his great grandchild Phyllisity Hicks. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Pittman of Paducah and Krystal Moore (Ches) of Paducah; his siblings, Ronald Dale Hines (Diane) of Sharpe, Robert Hines (Sandi) of Franklin, TN, Priscilla Ramage of Calvert City and Sharon Massek (Dale) of Ledbetter; his grandchildren, Sidney King, Logan Pittman, Hillaree Pittman, Tiffany Pittman, Katie Pittman and Zack Pittman; his great grandchildren, Layla Steward, Mattie Hicks and Dane Eli Conkwright; and his daughter Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a nephew.
