She is survived by: her husband Clark A. Nelson; her daughter Melanie Nelson Dees of Paducah; her sister Jane Ann Alton (Edgar) of Reidland, Kentucky; and her granddaughter Ashley Dees. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
