She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene DeJarnett; her daughter Vickie DeJarnett Stevens Ballard; her grandson Jeffrey Aaron Stevens; and her parents, Thomas David Asher and Anna Bertie Cooper Asher.
She is survived by: her son Rickie DeJarnett of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Nick DeJarnett (Johnna), Clay Stevens (Alicia), Corey DeJarnett (Chrysta), Courtney Nevatt (Benji), Tori Alford (John) and Caleb DeJarnett (Taylor). She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak (3745 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
