He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Jefferson Ringstaff, Jr. and Mayme Egner Ringstaff; and his siblings, Jessie Ringstaff, Jr., Charles Ringstaff, Leslie Jewel Ringstaff, Sr., Tommy Ringstaff, Elizabeth Goodman, Valeta Watkins, Leona Stokes and Mayme Carol Goodman.
He is survived by: his brothers, Wesley Ringstaff of Jacksonville, FL and John Ringstaff (Elaine) of Paducah; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Ringstaff of Ohio and Debbie Ringstaff of Paducah. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
