We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2018, at the age of 87, Joe Millay (Paducah, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Millay and Zada Millay; and his siblings, Roy Wayne Millay, James Robert Millay, John Lawrence Millay, William Douglas Millay, Carrie L Willingham-Crutcher and Clara Virginia Floyd.
He is survived by: his children, Joe D. Millay (Marsha), Dana "Mikki" Martin (Steve) and Donna M. Rust (Johnny); his grandchildren, Stephanie Millay, Kimberly Millay, Paige Thomas (Chad), Ryan Martin, Haleigh Martin, Jordan Rust and Laykin Rust; and his siblings, Emma Carmon, Blanch Butler and Elery Gene Millay.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Starfish Orphan Ministry, 1000 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001.
