He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Andrew Hulen and Daisy Donahoo Hulen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Jerry Hulen of Paducah, Tony Cissell of Paducah, Steven Hulen of Paducah, Christie Hargan of Metropolis, IL. and Tracy Tubbs of Hendersonville, TN.; and his siblings, Larry Pearson of Benton and Sandy Williams of Port Ritchie, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
