She is survived by: her children, Laurie Taylor (Jeff), Rodger Forthman Jr. (Crystal) and Jamie Jenkins (Matthew); her siblings, David Baker, Steve Baker (Kathy) and Jamie Baker (Melissa); her grandchildren, Lindsey Eidson (Eric), Luke Taylor (McKenzie), Lance Taylor (Kelley), Lesley Travis (Austin), Rodger Forthman III, Amber Forthman, Hayden Forthman, Andrew Forthman, Caleb Crim (Shelley), Colbe Crim and Daisy Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Johnny, Calleigh, Cameron, Mila, Leif, Waylon, Colter, Elizabeth, Addeline, Lily, Reagan, Cooper and Kai; her nephew Frank; her niece Sara Forthman; her daughter April Crim; and her parents, Gene Baker and Edna Baker. She is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
