She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Boaz and Dorothy Ruth Johnson Boaz; her siblings, John Boaz Jr., Jimmy Boaz and Brenda Funk; and her cousin Bonnie Kortz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Hymer (Pat Chambers) of Paducah and Christy Jeffords (Terry) of Paducah; her siblings-in-law, David Funk, Sr. of Paducah and Jackie Boaz of Paducah; and her nephew David Funk, Jr. of Paducah.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Lindsey Funeral Home (226 N 4th St, Paducah, KY 42001).
