James E. Kallaher Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025, at the age of 84, James E. Kallaher of Paducah, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kallaher and Hardene Kallaher; his brother Thomas Kallaher; and his former wife Shirley Martin Kallaher (Richard Usry). He is survived by: his wife Martha Champion Kallaher; his children, Lori Kallaher (Brock Shealy), Jim Kallaher (Ellen), Mary Ann Kallaher (Matteo Perale), Kari Gregory (Brian) and Debbie Stewart (Greg); and his grandchildren, Lexi, Joshua Shealy, Sara, James Kallaher, Leonardo, Maddalena Perale, Caleb (Abbey), Sam Failes, Katie Flournoy (Hank), Kelly Wilson (Mack), Ryan and Alex Lashgari.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (5646 Blandville Rd, Paducah, KY 42001). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, PO Box 8433, Paducah, Kentucky, 42002, or the Paducah Duplicate Bridge Club, 1723 Kentucky Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky, 42001 in Jim's memory.
