He is survived by: his wife Julia Dianne Neblett (Crenshaw); his sister Paula Neblett of Illinois; his children, Belinda Lawrence (Robert) of Hunter, ND, Brian Neblett (Robin) of Ledbetter, KY and Jennifer Neblett (Richard Neville) of Reidland, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Rathgeber (Shaun) of Lusaka, Zambia, Blake Lawrence (Jess) of Fargo, ND, Katie Neblett of Ledbetter, Lacey Hayden of La Center, Paige Hayden of Kaler and Ashton Gipson of Reidland; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Jaycee, Jillian, Norah, Kynzlee, Mia, Kingston, Ezra, Aria, Imryn and Remi.
