She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Rushing; and her parents, Theodore Kotter and Anna Owens Kotter. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Stephens (Robert) of Smithland and Gary Rushing (Cheryl) of Cape Coral, Florida; her grandchildren, Josh Rueter of Boise, Danielle Rueter of Fort Worth and Ana Schroeder of Kissimmee, Florida; and her stepgrandchildren, Corey Stephens and Liz Witherwax.
