He is survived by: his wife Karen Hagler Lewis; his children, Joey Lewis of Benton, KY, James Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Ann) of Sugar Hill, GA, Connie Powell (David) of Benton, KY and Jill Herndon (Randy) of Murray, KY; his sisters, Christine Smith of Hayden, AL, Ruth Jorgensen of Buford, GA and Betty Jo Stroud (Jerry) of Gilbertsville, KY; his parents, Joseph Lewis and Christa Lewis; his son Leslie Lewis; his granddaughter Katherine Lewis; and his brothers, William Lewis and Charles Douglas Lewis. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
