She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Hayden and Kathleen Neihoff Hayden. She is survived by: her son Adam J. Hayden-Jernigan (Alison J.) of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Carol Ann Utley (Troy) of Paducah, Marian Kaye Neihoff (Mike) of Florida, Rudy Hayden (Leslie) of Paducah and Louis "Bub" Hayden (Pam) of Paducah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
