He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Cruse Sr. and Mabel Cruse (Willett); his brothers, Lowell Cruse Jr. and Harold Cruse; and his grandson Philip Donald Cruse.
He is survived by: his wife Lonnie Cruse (Wilson); his sons, Joe (Tracey), Craig (Michelle) and Bill; and his grandsons, Nathan and Daniel.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the 32nd Street Church of Christ (1028 N 32nd St, Paducah, KY 42001).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, all expressions of sympathy be in the form of a donation to either St. Jude Children Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
