She was predeceased by: her sisters, Margaret Overholt of Reidland and Louise Nickols of Paducah; her husband William Samuel Meredith; her parents, Clyde Jefferson Mayes and Mary Ann Moyers Mayes; and her daughter Belinda Lou Meredith.

She is survived by: her sons, William Clyde Meredith of Paducah and Lee Meredith of Paducah; and her grandchildren, William Keith Meredith of Paducah and Becky Nanney of Paducah. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
