She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Worten Coughlin. She is survived by: her husband Michael Wayne Vaughn; her children, Emily Vaughn Smith (Roger) of Franklin, Tennessee and Eric Vaughn (Holly) of Brentwood, Tennessee; her siblings, Margaret Carter of Paducah, Carol Wallis (Bobby) of Paducah, Marilyn Rogers (Johnnie) of Rockhill, David Coughlin of Paducah and Pat Coughlin (Janel) of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Henry Smith, Alice Smith, Amelia Smith, Bennett Vaughn and Kinsey Vaughn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
