He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blainey Wilkins and Versie May Wilkins (Gipson); and his brother Billy Norman Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Roberta Wilkins (Doyle) of Paducah; his sons, Greg Wilkins of Benton and Mike Wilkins (Loretta) of Holly Springs, MS; and his grandchildren, Amanda Conrad (Brandon), Nick Kirkpatrick (Amber) and John Kirkpatrick (Ashley). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
