He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Lewis and Hepsia Lewis (Dublin). He is survived by: his wife Carol Dalton of Paducah; his children, Rick Lewis of Paducah, Steve Lewis of Paducah, Vickie Wells of Waco, TX, Patty Benjamin of Bosier City, LA and Belinda Brooks; and his brother Joe Lewis of Wingo, KY. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
