He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Dennison Bell; his daughters, Debbie Vaughn (Jon) of Paducah and Diane Duckett of West Paducah, Kentucky; his brothers, Jerry Bell (Joyce Ann) of Union City and Eddie Ray Bell (Janice) of Newbern, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Renea McDowell (Eric, John David), Timmy Cummins (Tina) and Jennifer Wicinski; and his great grandchildren, Cameron McDowell, Autumn Wicinski, Savannah McDowell, Ella McDowell and Kennedy Wicinski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
