She is survived by: her husband Gary John Campbell of Paducah; her children, Teresa David (Carlos) of Charlotte, NC and Tony G. Seitz of Paducah; her grandchildren, Leigh Anne Buente (Lane), Josh Seitz Randles (Josh), Dr. Brandon David and Jackie David; and her great grandchild Phoebe Scout Buente.
