With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Morrow Cissell of Paducah, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her granddaughters, Miranda Cissell (James) of West Paducah and Mirena Cissell (Angie) of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Gavin of West Paducah, Briley of West Paducah and Noble of West Paducah; her daughter-in-law Nikie Hyde Cissell of West Paducah; her siblings, Joyce Holly of Union City, Diane Leftrick of Springfield, Nancy Hanley of Hopkinsville, Debbie Mauk of Springfield, Tennessee and Ronnie Morrow of West Paducah; her husband Joseph Cissell; her son Bradley Charles Cissell; her granddaughter Miriah Cissell; and her parents, Baker Morrow and June Joiner Shockey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church (116 S 6th St, Paducah, KY 42001). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
