She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Alsobrook (Merlin) of Princeton, KY and Felicia Bostain of Pembroke, KY; and her nephew Curtis Cook of Pembroke, KY.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Food for the Poor at Lyon County Schools Eddyville, KY.
