He is survived by: his parents, Charity Blankenship of Owingsville, KY and Tim Day of Salt Lick, KY.; his sister Mary Beth Lovell of Owingsville, KY; his grandmother Mary Brooks of Means, KY; his nephews, Linton and Jameson Lovell; and his brother-in-law Josh Lovell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
