He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Jones and Frances Carpenter Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Patrick (Bobby) and Stephanie Crabtree (Will); his sister Judy McIntosh (Charlie); his close friend Sue Ison; his grandchildren, Kylie Dennis (Jon), Emily Mason, Devin Stuart (Riley), Karlie Patrick, Madeline Patrick, McKinley Patrick and Colten Jones; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Maddox Dennis, Archer and Rhodes Mason.
