It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Lee Vice of Owingsville, Kentucky, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Danny Goodpaster, Ricky Vice and Charles Sams. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Vice of Sharpsburg and Rebecca Goodpaster Sams (Perry) of Carlisle, Kentucky.; his grandmothers, Patricia Thomas (Scott) of Owingsville, Betty Vice of Sharpsburg and Bonnie Sams of Sharpsburg; his great-grandparent Patricia Thompson of Tollesboro, Kentucky.; his siblings, Alyssa Vice of Owingsville, Madyson Baker of Owingsville and Ava Sams of Owingsville; his aunts and uncles, Amanda Fox of Columbus, Yolanda Sams, Julie Rudd (Nick), Don Sams of Sharpsburg, Anna Wright (Robert), Travis Vice and Bryan Mitchell (Shelia); and his nieces and nephews, Audreana of Owingsville, Tristen of Owingsville, Adrian of Owingsville, Talia of Owingsville, Javier Thomas of Owingsville, Abbigail Mitchell of Owingsville and Lilly Purvis of Owingsville.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Owingsville First Church of God (320 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360).
