Sterling, KY and Crystal Willoughby (Brian) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her siblings, David Dotson (Regina) of Salt Lick, KY, Henry Dotson (Tammy) of Salt Lick, KY, Janice Blankenship (Steve) of Jeffersonville, KY and Ann Korwin of Jeffersonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Whitney Willoughby and Zachary Willoughby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
