He was predeceased by: his grandfather Scott Windel; and his uncle Tyler Hurst. He is survived by: his parents, Deborah McCarty and Brian Windel; his brother Maverick Lewis; his grandparents, Gene McCarty (Ritha Ison), Dana McCarty and Betty Windel; his aunts and uncles, Veronica Windel (Griffin), Amy Jones (Charlie), Damien Sappah, Kyle Hurst, Travis Hurst (Regina), Joseph McCarty (Sharee), Jordan McCarty and Eugene McCarty; his close friend Vicky Tipton; and his caregivers, Lindsay Becknell, Jill Dahl and Shelby Eliadis. He is also survived by the cousin crew; several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richardson Funeral Home (121 E Main St, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at the Carpenter Family Cemetery (450 Ora Mines Rd, Salt Lick, KY 40360).
