He was predeceased by: his father William H. Crouch; his son Matthew Crouch; and his sister Susie Crouch. He is survived by: his mother Mary Crouch (Blevins); his wife Michelle Crouch (McFarland); his daughter Olivia Crouch; and his aunt Anna Brandenburg.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Longview Cemetery.
