He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jim Moore; his uncles, Tom Moore and Ray Moore; his niece Kimberly Day; and his cousin Shane Donovan Day.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Day and Kelia Day; his wife Crystal Day; his son Jacob Allen Day; his siblings, Tanya Brown (Brian) and Joe Day; his nieces and nephews, Riley Burchett, Carter Burchett, Braeden Montjoy, Tori Crouch, Autumn Day, Amiah Valenti and Avery Valenti; his aunts and uncles, Shane Day (Carrie), Tony Sargeant, Donna Roberts (Steve), Jamie Moore, Sherry Lewis (Delbert) and Mary Ann Lewis (Curren); and his grandmother Barbara Moore. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
