James Buford Snedegar Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 75, James Buford Snedegar of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Buford Snedegar to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Snedegar and Gladys Wells Snedegar; and his siblings, Guerl Snedegar, Phyllis Holland, Shelia Snedegar and Janice Shrout.
He is survived by: his significant other Bethany "Nece" Anderson; his close friend Bethany "Nece" Anderson; his daughters, Karen Manley, Angie Moore (James) and April Rowe (Cody); and his aunts, Bonnie Manley of Jeffersonville and Gordie Conyers of Owingsville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael R Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Owingsville Cemetery (129 Cemetary St, Owingsville, KY 40360).
In honor of JB, contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society and UK St. Claire Hospice.
