He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Hogge of Owingsville; his children, Emily Hogge of Los Angeles and Thomas Hogge of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister Mary Karen Johnson; his nephews, Whitney and Max; and also, Suzy Beegle and Jonathan Hamaker of Baltimore, Maryland..
