He is survived by: his son Aaron Holbrook (Ellen); his grandsons, Isaac and Louis; his son Jason Holbrook (Ashley); his grandchildren, Everett, Thane and Vance; his sister Barb Payton (Elmer Hunt) of Salt Lick, KY; his nieces and nephews, Jadyn, Kaleb, Gordan, Kenneth, Laken, Samantha, Dave, Chase, Cameron, Shelby, Kendra and Judy Holbrook of Frenchburg, KY; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda, Josh, Adam and Lori; his brother John George of West Virginia; and his nieces, Carol Ann and Christina.
