He was predeceased by: his son Mark Allen Fraley. He is survived by: his son Adam Fraley of Petersburg, WV; his parents, Odell Fraley and Edna Carol Fraley of Owingsville, KY; and his sisters, Glenna Crouch (Bob) of Lowell, IN and Carla Pigman (Timothy) of Morehead, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren; 5 nieces and nephews; one great-niece; and countless relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the John H. Ferguson Cemetery.
