He is survived by: his wife Betty Bussell Purvis; his children, Dwayne Purvis (Jodi) and Pam Purvis; his sisters, Tammy Terrell (Charlie) and Barbara Emmons; and his grandchildren, Justin, Brady, Reagan and Rae-Leigh Purvis.
