We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2024, at the age of 86, Emma Lea Bailey of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Copher and Lula Mae Yarber Copher; her husband Billie Paul Bailey; and her siblings, Eulala Copher Donahue, Beulah Copher Vance, Ralph, Oscar, Louis, Whitton and JT Copher.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Paul Bailey, Rebecca Lea Downs (Sam) of Owingsville and Robin Tolle (Shawn) of Owingsville; her grandchildren, Katherine Sproessig Church (Jonathan) of Owingsville, Karson Tolle of Owingsville, Tristan S. Downs (McKenna) of Mt. Sterling and Caudill (Amanda) of Boston; her great grandchildren, Ayla Downs and Sky Caudill; and her brothers, Alton Copher of Owingsville, Deweese Copher (Glenna) of Owingsville and Doug Copher (Linda) of Owingsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
