She was predeceased by: her father William Moses Wallace; and her grandmother Dorothy Mayse. She is survived by: her mother Rita Cheryl Abner Wallace of Morehead; her close friend Carl Oliver; her children, Jarrad Michael Brown (Maryah) of Morehead, Samantha Parkhurst (Brett) of Jeffersonville, Carlee Jade Oliver of Owingsville and Amelia Rose Oliver of Owingsville; her stepdaughters, Andrea Wescott (Rob) of Berea and Kristen Saylor of Berea; her grandchildren, Kolton, Layne, KayLynn, Paisley, Chloe, Stevie, Gabe, Bella and Carter; and her siblings, William Scott Wallace of Morehead and Jennifer Pham of Burlington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Samantha Parkhurst for "Janie's grandson Kolton" who is battling health issues.
