He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Berqbauer (Michael), Ricky Cook and Billy Cook; and his grandchildren, Michael J. Berqbauer, Nicholas Berqbauer, Amanda Balderas, Laura Thomas and Several.
The family asks that donations be made to St. Claire Hospice or the Cancer Research Foundation in lieu of flowers.
