He was predeceased by: his brother Pernell Shrout; and his grandson Johnathan Mason. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Anderson Shrout; his children, Serena Shrout (Jay Miller) of Owingsville, Cathy Maney (Peggy) of Wolfe County and James Maney (Kim) of Frenchburg; his brother Clay (Tena) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Jamie, Kristopher, Alex, Danielle, Christina, Katherine, Shane, Rachelle, Steven and Terri; and his great grandchildren, Kaidence, Damien, Jasper and Sebastian.
