She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee Sparks and Ada Jean Goodpaster Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Watson Thomas; her daughter Vickie Thomas Evans (Lee) of Owingsville; her grandchildren, T. J. Evans (Jessamyn) of Lexington and Kyle "Matt" Matthew Evans of Owingsville; her great grandchildren, Liam Evans and Aedyn Evans; and her close friends, Bonnie Jean Parks and Barbara Lykins. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
