She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Ulery; her husband James Dale Warren; her son James Dale Warren Jr.; and her brother Johnny Ulery. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Warren; her granddaughters, Megan of Owingsville and Morgan Warren of Owingsville; and her brothers, Donald Ray Ulery (Jeanie) of Mt. Sterling, Bill Ulery (Ann) of Owingsville and Bobby Ulery (Brenda) of Owingsville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
