She was predeceased by: her husband Farmer Lee Purvis; her daughters, Maxine Stanfield and Patsy Purvis; her siblings, Paul, Reece, Clay, Ray, Russell, Ada Hart, Ettie Issac, Bethel Jones, Sylvia Jones, Daisy Martin, Betty Lee and Pauline Jones; her grandson Nathan Henderson; and her great grandchild Makayla Carpenter.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Purvis and Mitchell Purvis; her grandchildren, Becky Blanton, Amanda Swartz, Casey Purvis, Kirsten Purvis, Mitchell Purvis, Anna Meadows, Catrina Coffey and Kelly Henderson; her great grandchildren, James Wells, Daniel Frazier, Raygan Swartz, Montana Townsend, Darren Purvis, Kane Purvis, Kiser Purvis, Caitlin House, Kristin Holder, Tyler Henderson, Ryan Henderson, Kimberly Henderson, Bradley Henderson, Ayden Taulbee, Lane Taulbee, Samuel Purvis, Harper Purvis and Axel Purvis; and her goddaughter Mabel Wheeler (Burns).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richardson Funeral Home (121 E Main St, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the McClain Cemetery.
