He was predeceased by: his father James Michael Tackett; and his great-grandparent Charles Hart. He is survived by: his mother Tessa Lea Hart; his siblings, Donovan Tackett, Eli Tackett, Mikey Tackett, Yzzabella Tackett, Carson Tackett and Addison Hart; his grandparents, Tony, Tena Hart, Jim and Sheryl Tackett; his aunt Toni Hart Gorrell (John); his uncle Patrick Tackett; and his great-grandparents, Mary Hart, Bob and Connie Ballard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to help cover the funeral expenses.
