As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Warren G. may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Hornsby, Sr. and Beatrice Hampton Dixon; and his sister Wanda Milliron. He is survived by: his children, Warren Hornsby, III (Meg), Karen Federle (Tom) and Sharon James (Clay); and his brother Wade Hornsby. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at the Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
