He was predeceased by: his parent Justice Prather; and his siblings, Daryl Prather, Shirley Chadwell and Brenda Parker. He is survived by: his mother Edith Hudnall Prather; his sons, Adam Prather, Brian Prather (Dawn) and Steven Davis; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Laila, Jackson, Wyatt, Ethan, Max and Brayden.

Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions are encouraged to be made to McDonald & New Funeral Homes.
