It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stevie Rose of Owenton, Kentucky, born in Madison, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Joe Rose; his grandparents, Harry, May Blevins, Betty Taulbee Hearn and James Hearn, Jr.; and his aunt Robin Gumz.

He is survived by: his parents, Charles Rose and Wanda Hearn Rose; his niece Courtney Campbell (Joe); and his aunts and uncles, Don Hearn (Candy), Randy Hearn (Anita), Rita Hearn (Robert Sullivan) and Jimbo Hearn (Angie). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
