She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wagers and Arnetta Prather Wagers; her husband Bobby Gayle Byrd; and her sister Charlene Wagers. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Byrd and Valerie Byrd; her grandsons, Jaxon and Liam Byrd; and her sister Teresa Wagers.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Owen County Children's Fund.
