She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Howard and Aura Peak Gibson Howard; her son Ricky Frazier; and her siblings, J. T. Howard, William "Buster" Howard, Charles Howard, Mary Jane Howard and Eunice Gaines.
She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Lynn (Jackie); her grandchildren, Russell Lynn, Tanya Lynn, Laura Sharp and Kristy Durham; and her siblings, James Howard, Beebe Howard, Delbert Howard, Lucille Howard, Dorothy Smith and Betty Simpson. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to either the Owen County Public Library or Squiresville Baptist Church.
