He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Johnson and Margaret Ellen Bailey Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bunger Osborne; his children, Matthew (Mandy Osborne) and Sarah (Shannon Gregory); his siblings, Rita (Bob Coates) and Brian (Lisa Osborne); and his grandchildren, Miles, Ella, Molly and Paige.

Memorials may be made to the ALS Association Kentucky Chapter, Bluegrass Care Navigators or Owen Co. Children's Fund.
